And what a lovely wedding it was!

Is this a proud father? Joe looked so good in his tux, walking our eldest daughter down the asiles to her awaiting groom.

The happy couple with a scrumptious lemon cake - a gift from the groom's aunt who runs her own pastry shop!
The happy couple at the gazebo. We couldn't have asked for a nicer day for these love birds!
Us with the newly weds. Jonathan just wanted to do his thing and pop in & out of whichever photos of mommy & Daddy he wanted!
This is one of my favorites!

I was playing around with Picnik and created this fantasy frame in Heather's favorite colour.

Despite all my worries about another wedding out of town and transporting dresses, food, linens etc...it went off without a hitch. I must thank our daughter Lesley and her husband Aaron for all their work. They made it all come together and I'm so proud of all of them. Also a big thank you to Joe's sister Anne and niece Monica for representing their side of the family from Halifax. My side was represented by my sister Lynn, her beau Danny and my nephews Brian and Kevin (Ottawa). Also present was a the mom (Liz) of a dear friend (Kathryn). Liz was here visiting from Australia. I am so lucky to have all these great people in my life and now I have even more - Jeff and his family.
