I have been so busy with a lot of odd projects...making the kilts for the Underwear Affair and now planning a descendants quilt for my MIL's upcoming 75th birthday. Throw in a bit of garden, new carpet in the house and of course...new paint! My hands are so rough I dare not stitch for fear of catching the floss. But I will be back to the needle shortly.
I must say THANK YOU to Bliss for the beautiful post card...the scenery is incredible and the weather awesome for autumn. Sounds like it was a beautiful vacation for you and your MOTH!

My, you have been busy. You are right, things like that can be a killer on the hands.
Busy girl, you are! What's a descendent quilt?
I'm glad the postcard arrived. The Crown Princess went to NZ last year and the post took 6 weeks to make it back to Australia!
I'm in the same boat Berta. My hands are a wreck but I've been putting a few stitches in here and there. I'm not touching my silks though!
