Well it's my version of a signature quilt of my MIL's children and grandchildren. The occasion is her 75th birthday this September.
I had to limit it to these folks...she has 7 children with spouses (1 block per couple), 16 grandchildren and 8 great grandkids. That makes for 31 blocks of signatures. That's more than enough for a good sized project. Now if I were to add MIL's 6 sisters and 1 brother ans their kids...her nieces & nephews...I'd never get this project done! lol
I'm still playing around with a layout...with a block symbolizing MIL herself in the centre with the others around it. Will keep you all posted.
