After a cold & crazy September, we are enjoying a beautiful first week of November. The windows are open, I can sit outside and read in the sunshine, it doesn't get any better than this!
3 weeks ago I disassembled the patio set and put it into the shed for the winter. I rearranged things so the mower was more compact, folded the handle and made more for easier access to the snow blower.
It was a good day's work but Wednesday I had to pull everything out again because the lawn needed a trim!!!! I do believe this is the latest I've mowed without counting the years we lived on Vancouver Island. But it was well worth it, the yard looks marvelous. I just hope we don't have visiting moles under the snow pack like we've had in the past few years.

I'm so jealous! It's warm here today (+17), but it's rainy and windy with storm warnings for the weekend.
Your mini-project is so cute!
This is so sweet Berta. Lovely finish.
+15 is great in your neck of the woods at this time of year. Hope you have a lovely mild winter.
We have had the same type of weather here and we are loving it.
Love your mini project!
