Sauce your pasta the Italian way
Chef Mario Batali spells this out clearly...no pool of sauce with your pasta...dress your pasta like a salad! Now...I really want a great meal of pasta! Anyone care to join me?

While I see what he is saying... I love my sauce! I have pasta not for the pasta, but because I love the tomatoes, peppers, onions, etc... Which does sound fantastic right now!
Well...I also love my food! I'm not this size by accident! But seriously, if I go out to a fancy Italian restaurant, I love that the sauce:pasta ratio is just right! At home I seem to have too much of one or the other! Yum...foood!

Fred looks great - you have made so much progress in such a short time. I still don't like stitching on black but will persevere because I just love this picture.
