Almost to the end of the line

It's been a super crazy month...things to do, places to go, people to entertain...and I think I'm going to make it!

The wedding gown fitting is done, they still need to re-attach the beads removed for the prior adjustment, but it looks gorgeous...and our daughter just beams! Now to find some wedding shoes for me and we are good to go.

One last road trip for the month...heading to Medicine Hat for our nephew's wedding. We'll have a few minutes to spare to see his Mom's( my sister) new home. I'm so excited about getting more family snapshots...with my Dad all the way down to his 18 month old great grandson JR. You have to love that!

My garden is keeping me sane. When things get too hectic, I head out and pick a few weeds, or dead head. It's all good and I'm pleased with the results. Photos etc can be seen at my family blog Lil Salmon House

The stitching is still sitting waiting for me to have a few quiet minutes with clean and soft hands! I have to stop plunging my bare hands into the soil...I have a wedding soon with lots of hands to shake, babies to fuss over and a gown to lace up! But what can I say...I'm a sloooow learner!

I hope everyone is well, enjoying their summer, stitching & family!
