Yesterday we supported and photographed some of the obstacles in the Mud Hero run in Red Deer. Our daughter, son in law and great niece participated for the first time. The course was 6 kms along with 15 challenges. The course was held at the ski hill, snaked along the river as well as up and down the hills several times.

The reason Aaron looks so clean is he hit the showers as soon as he was finished. We are so proud of all three of them. Looks like this may be an annual fun race with Joe and I considering a try in 2014.
