That's what I feel like I've been playing today. One of the companies I need current values from was assumed by a bigger company. So there goes all my phone numbers and names of those helpful folks from the last audit. I had always made a point to logging the name of whomever I speak to, so if I ever have a future inquiry I can go through the same agent. Wishful thinking...in the mean time...please hold...
